On the day don’t separate the card from the gift or you may forget who sent what.

A large table will need to be set up at the reception for gifts.
Stationery
Close family or friends that you know cant attend must still be invited. This not only makes them feel special but will also give them an opportunity to still send gifts.

Stationery should reflect the bride and grooms personality.
Photography
Allow a minimum of one and a half hour of photographic time after the service (not including travel time.)
If possible time your service to end two to three hour before sunset.

Don’t forget a decorated knife to cut the cake

A good DJ and choice of songs will keep your reception going well into the night.

Consider all divorces, family feuds and noisy kids when planning the seating plan

Your Liquor supplier should allow you to return unopened bottles.
Per 100 guests you should need about 30 bottles of white wine, 30 bottles of red wine and 30 to 40 bottles of sparkling wine.
